Summary: From the moment we arrived to the time we departed, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We booked the hotel due to its proximity to the shore and a host of great attractions within walking distance.

Summary: This place was like staying at the Ritz if it was run by a super friendly family. Great service, friendly staff, great view and proximity to park and market. Free room service breakfast!

Summary: Classy place. We stayed for just a night and I can't say enough good things about this property. The staff was super friendly, wine/cheese hour and evening cookies, the rooms were clean and fresh. Cant wait to come back to Charleston and stay here again.

Summary: Fantastic location. Staff were so friendly and responsive. Lovely little touches like the bedtime cookies and milk and breakfast delivered to your room. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay in Charleston. Location was great. Loved the complimentary breakfast, wine and cheese hour along with the cookies and milk in the late evening.

Summary: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very soft on one side with a hump in the middle. There were bleach stains on a chair and on a blanket. The arms of one of the chairs was very badly soiled, and there was a smudge on my headboard. Water pressure was not good . We were also not aware of renovations that were going on on the first floor, and the elevator did not work for most of our stay. though I was offered another room, I declined as I was only staying 2 nights and it was a hassle to move. The valet and bus boys were extremely helpful and so nice though.

Summary: A very enjoyable stay. Property was well kept, rooms comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very close to all the sights in downtown and the French Quarter.

Summary: Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the bedding was perfect, breakfast was delicious. I feel that they have thought of everything So close to all the great visitors spots, the pier, pineapple fountain and more

Summary: My husband and I will stay nowhere else! This is such a quiet, peaceful place to stay if you want to walk the harbor, the battery, and Rainbow Row OR walk to amazing shops for great food and coffee! The staff are amazing!!
